Terms and Conditions
You hereby represent and warrant to Vacation Time Int'l, Inc., as an inducement for them to advertise your vacation property/properties, that you agree and understand the following:
1. Vacation Time Int'l, Inc. (VTI) is a For Rent cooperative advertising marketing company that is not a real estate broker. The cooperative advertising marketing program involves pooling advertising resources with those of other lessor’s to maximize exposure to potential renters of your vacation property. VTI is not involved in any negotiation for rent; and VTI forwards all inquires about your vacation property directly to you and allows you to negotiate the rental of your vacation property without the involvement of any broker and without any commissions or broker's fees.
2. VTI cannot and does not evaluate the value of your rental price for your vacation property. The rental price of your property has been established by you, the owner, and VTI has made no representations as to the rental price that you may receive.
3. Although your vacation property/properties will be exposed to millions of potential renters as a result of VTI's advertising program, VTI does not have a specific renter at the present time.
4. VTI is not affiliated with your resort, and is not a real estate broker, so you will be negotiating directly with the potential renter for the rental price. VTI is a licensed commercial company with the State of Florida, and has posted a bond with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services of Florida for our client’s protection. VTI is also licensed by Orange County, Florida as an advertising company.
5. VTI has made no representations as to the period of time that it will take to rent your vacation property/properties, the success rate of our advertising program, or the rental price that you may receive. The marketing period and rental price is determined by market conditions, and the size, location, resort, amenities, and week that you desire to rent.
6. You are entitled to a refund if you provide Vacation Time Int'l, Inc. with written notice of cancellation of your advertisement within seven (7) days from the postmark date on the envelope that you received your letter and this Additional Terms and Conditions in which is the date that you agreed to this transaction. If you provide VTI with this notice of cancellation within this time period, your advertisement will be removed from our advertising program, and your refund will be processed within thirty (30) days after receipt of your written notice of cancellation within the above stated time frame. Emails, phone calls and facsimiles cannot be accepted for cancellation purposes, as we require your original signature dated to validate this request to insure a third party not affiliated with this transaction is acting as an agent on your behalf to cancel or interfere without your expressed written authority. This request must be received via the U.S. Postal Service within the above stated timeframe.
7. VTI is an advertising company that does extensive advertising in print, radio, and other advertising mediums, to drive renters to our web site, our showcase office or to call us by phone for information about our advertisers' vacation properties. Your advertisement is on VTI's web site, but not specifically on the advertisements.
8. VTI may use the term "showcase" in our sales presentations. We presently have one (1) office location that can showcase properties like yours and is located in one of the largest resort cities in the world, within five (5) miles of the gates of Disney World and (one) 1 mile from Universal Orlando in Orlando, Florida. Our advertised vacation properties are available to be viewed on our web site and during normal business hours at our office location. Our showcases are advertised by our office, and we seek to attract walk-in traffic to view properties at our office. VTI's staff is available to assist potential renters in finding a vacation property/properties to rent at our showcase office. We do not specifically go to your resort to show your property, and are unable to personally assist you in the rental of your vacation property/properties. Our staff can and will assist potential renters in finding a suitable vacation property/properties accommodations from our advertising listings.
